Sweat, tone and fire up your core at any one of their regular classes: Accelerate, Velocity, Resistance, and Sculpt.
Core Collective’s sleek and spacious studios offer classes to suit everyone’s needs. Looking for a total body workout? Want to gain strength and stamina? Then Resistance: a 45 minute TRX class, is the one for you. If you’re more into focusing on body alignment, flexibility, and strengthening your core, then go for their Power Yoga or Mat Pilates classes.
We went along for a taster session of Velocity with Paddy. A 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class leaving you energised and high off endorphins!
Paddy will undoubtedly push you to your limits, getting rid of what you don’t want and toning up what you do! Using a variety of equipment ranging from assault air bikes, to ropes and the TRX, to body weight exercises such as press ups and burpees, its super intense but super fun. Trust us, you will be crawling back for more!
What we also loved about this boutique studio is their classy but understated Cafe. The perfect setting to grab a pre or post workout smoothie, socialise with friends, or catch up on work emails.
Tip I: Don’t have time to eat in? No worries, you can take out their freshly made health foods and super food smoothies, or even order through Deliveroo!
