What is Cryo Therapy?

It is a hyper-cooling process which lowers your skin temperature to 30F (-1 Celsius). Ranging from 2 to 3 minutes, your body is enveloped with super cold air pulsating at a temperature of -220F (-140 Celsius). Yes. Freezing.

Cold Hard Facts

The extreme cold stimulates skin sensors and causes the release of endorphins (natural pain & stress fighters) to leave you feeling energized and happy!

The sub zero temperatures also stimulates blood circulation. This in turn reduces inflammation by replacing toxins & metabolic waste with fresh supply of oxygen & nutrient rich blood, to stimulate cellular regeneration.
